Membership Fees: Yadkin Valley Hounds must cover a large portion of its annual expenses through annual membership fees. The by-laws specify that each renewing active member must pay the appropriate membership fee within one (1) month of the annual membership meeting which is held in April. Fees are non-refundable. Arrangements may be made with the Secretary if a member would like to pay his/her dues in installments. All installments must be paid in full by December 31.Membership Application (for printing and mailing only)
HUNTING MEMBERSHIPS:
Family - $2000 + $200 paneling fee (immediate family members w/full hunting, social & clubhouse privileges)
Senior - $1000 + $100 paneling fee (adult 21 or older w/full hunting, social & clubhouse privileges)
Novice Senior - $600 + $60 paneling fee (adult hunting his/her first year w/full hunting, social & clubhouse privileges)
Limited Senior - $400 + $40 paneling fee (adult limited to six hunts September - March w/full social & clubhouse privileges)
Junior - $150 + $15 paneling fee (member under age 21 w/full hunt, social & clubhouse privileges)
Associate -$275 + $27.50 paneling fee (out-of-state resident who is a full riding member of another out-of-state recognized hunt)
NON-HUNTING MEMBERSHIPS:
House - Family $500 +$50 paneling fee (immediate family members w/social, trail riding & clubhouse privileges; may cap)
House - Individual $300 + $30 paneling fee (social, trail riding & clubhouse privileges; may cap)
Social - $50 (non-riding individual w/full social privileges; may cap)
