Yadkin Valley Hounds

Directions: Snow Creek/McLain's is in Iredell County, north of Statesville, west of I-77, east of Rt. 115, north of I-40.
From Advance, Mocksville, Hickory: Take I-40 to exit #150 which is just west of Statesville. Go north on Rt. 115 and follow for approx. 10 miles. Turn right on Hams Grove Road, which is after you pass Snow Creek Road. Follow Hams Grove to Jehue Rd. and turn right. Turn right onto Edgewood School Lane. Park with other trailers near the old school building.

From Charlotte: You've got a choice. Follow I-77 north to I-40 west. Take I-40 west to exit #150 and follow directions above. OR remain on I-77 north to exit #59, Tomlin Mill Road, and turn left at top of ramp, crossing over the interstate. Take Tomlin Mill Road to stop sign. Then follow directions below. (This route gives you the most mileage on the interstate and may be faster.)

From Boonville, Yadkinville:Take US421 north to I-77 interchange west of Yadkinville. Take I-77 south to Tomlin Mill Road exit #59 which is north of Statesville. Turn right at top of ramp on to Tomlin Mill Road and follow to stop sign. Turn left on Jennings Rd. Go 1/2 mi. and turn right on Snow Creek Rd. Take Snow Creek Road to the second right which is North Chipley Ford Road. Because the sign is missing and this turn appears suddenly after a bend in the road, watch your odometer carefully. The turn on to North Chipley Ford Road is 2.3 miles down Snow Creek Road. Follow N. Chipley Ford for .4 miles. Turn left on Jehue Road. Follow to Edgewood School Ln. and turn left. Park with other trailers near the old school building.
(Jehue Road is gravel. To avoid most of it, here is an alternative: remain on North Chipley Ford Road for 1.4 miles past Jehue Rd. intersection. Take the first left which is Hams Grove Road. No road sign, but S.R. # is 2017. Follow Hams Grove Rd. for less than half a mile. Take first left which is Jehue Road's other end. Turn right on Edgewood School Lane.)

From Elkin: Take I-77 south to Tomlin Mill Road exit #59 which is north of Statesville. Turn right at top of ramp on to Tomlin Mill Road and follow to stop sign. Turn left on Jennings Rd.
